We accept many types of insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.  But you should contact your insurance company to see whether they would cover your costs and how much they would pay. Insurance rarely covers 100% of all costs and may not cover all of our services, and it may have a cap on the number of allowed visits for some treatments like counseling and psychotherapy. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company to learn about your plan, co-pays and whether or not you have met your annual deductible.

We are constantly adding additional insurance companies.  So, if you don’t see yours listed, give us a call.

Please bring your insurance identification card(s) with you on the day of your appointment. Co-payments are required at the time of service for all visits. The clinic accepts cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Payment for benefits not covered by your insurance are required in full is at the time of your appointment. If you would like to seek reimbursement for these services from your insurance company, you can use our bill of service as documentation of your visit. Our front office staff is happy to explain this process should you need assistance.

All patients of the clinic are financially responsible for for any costs incurred that insurance refuses to pay. If you do not have insurance or if your insurance plan does not cover our services, you are still welcome to come to the clinic and pay our discounted self-pay rates.
